Simplicity of Cabloor

Cabloor is a simple technical flooring solution with four interlocking elements. The Unipanel and Base connectors make up the frame of the system and the steel Flank and Central caps cover the cable access channels. Each module set of one Unipanel, one Base connector, one Central Cap and four Flank Caps covers 600mm x 600mm.

Cabloor access floor accessories

We supply a range of supporting accessories to ensure you achieve a perfect working solution including service boxes, ramps and edging rails.

Unipanels

The UniPanel is composed of 16 self-supporting sub-panels, supported by 64 built-in pedestals, which have extra-ordinary uniform loading performance. The Unipanels can be cut to size to fit around pillars and walls. The Unipanels low profile 6cm height allows you to retain ceiling height.

polymer access floor

Flank and central caps

Flank and central caps form bridges over the cable trenches. These steel caps can easily be lifted without requiring any specialist tools to access the cables beneath. The steel caps have a corrosion resistant electro-deposition coating.

flank and cap

Base connectors hold the unipanels in a uniform grid formation. The channels they form between unipanels serve as a trench to lay cables in an organised fashion.

PUA foam

High quality PUA foam is recommended when laying onto solid surfaces to absorb impact and sound vibrations.

access floor foam

Range of finishing accessories including ramps and rails for edges, entrances and exhibitions.

Ramps meet ADA regulation: ramp length to system height 1:12 ratio.

Vinyl and carpet tiles

For a modern finish we recommend using vinyl or carpet tiles on the surface of Cabloor flooring systems. We work with the leading flooring surface companies offering a range of contemporary designs to suit your project’s interior design. A minimum thickness of 5mm covering is recommended.

A range of complementary electric and networking accessories are available. Including service boxes designed to simplify networking and neatly integrate into Cabloor raised floor.

Raised floor systems can be used in various spaces, such as offices. For this reason, these systems must have the optimum standards needed for installation and operation in different spaces. Cabloor raised floor system based on the knowledge of our experts, produce a product in accordance with international standards. Among the standards obtained for this product in some reputable laboratories such as the Ministry of Road and Urban Development or Razi Applied Science Foundation, Electrostatic conductivity, reaction to fire, static load resistance, dynamic load resistance, and drop impact resistance could be mentioned. Thus, Cabloor raised floor system produced a product with international quality under European and American standards to achieve the highest quality, innovation and performance.

    Electrostatic conductivity

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 61340-5-1 (2016), which by applying electricity to the sample, the electrical resistance value of the sample was 1010 ohm.

    Electrostatic conductivity

    Static load resistance

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 12825 (2001), and a 25mm cubic mandrel was applied to the center of the sample horizontally at the speed of 120 N/S and the maximum force tolerated by a 50*50 cm panel was 13 KN.

    Static load resistance

    Vertical load resistance

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 12825 (2001), and a 50mm cubic mandrel was applied to the center of the sample vertically at the speed of 120 N/S and the maximum force tolerated by a 50*50 cm panel was 1.57 KN.

    • Vertical load resistance

    Dynamic load resistanceDynamic load resistance

    Hard body impact resistance

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 12825 (2001), and a steel impactor with a diameter of 50mm and a weight of 4.5kg was dropped from a height of 600mm to the center of the sample and no damage or cracks were observed.

    Hard body impact resistance

    Soft body impact resistance

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 12825 (2001), and a bag filled with sand with a diameter of 2 to 4 mm and a weight of 40kg was struck from a height of 1 meter on the center of the sample and no damage or cracks were observed.

    Soft body impact resistance

    Reaction to fire

The reference standard of this test is BS EN 11925-2 (2011), and six specimens of 250*90*5 mm were placed under standard temperature and humidity conditions (23°C, 50%). Then, to determine the sample class a flame with a vertical height of 20mm and an angle of 45° to the horizon was applied for 15 seconds to the marker line which was placed at 40mm from the lower edge of the specimen. After the extinction of the flame, the time flaming of the test specimen and flaming filter paper by molten dripping was recorded.

After flaming, the specimen was turned off. Therefore, the total test time is less than 20 seconds. During the test period, no droplet from the specimen was observed. No physical or appearance changes were observed in the samples.
